Snowed in Crafty Style

Here in North Texas we have had an unsually long period of below freezing temperatures that starte with Rain, Sleet, & Snow Monday night and we've all been frozen in since Tuesday. Some people are feeling the effects of Cabin Fever, I on the other hand with my cricut and ribbon have had lots of time to catch up on orders and my craftyness. Growing up my High Schools mascot was the Zebras. I was recently asked if I'd like to donate something for a PTO fundraiser to help raise funds for the new childrens playground. This is the masterpiece I came up with. I used my cricut and cut flowers and glued a stick in between two of them. I let it dry cut slits and placed the hairbow clips thru the slits. A little floral foam, a cute box from Hobby Lobby and look how it turned out. I personal think it is SUPER DUPER :)

One of my BFF's from Brownwood asked me again this year to donate something for the Brownwood FFA fundraiser. I was stumped as to how to make their basket as cute as the Zebra one since I didn't have 5 flavors of Lion ribbon to make bows with. So I used a new program I have called Make-The-Cut and cut out their teams acutal logo with my Cricut. HOW NEAT IS THAT!!

Don't forget to check out The Crafty Bow-tique on Facebook or visit our Etsy Store to order any of the Hairbows seen in these pictures. We always welcome Special orders, they are my specialty :)
Have a Happy Crafty Day!
